Fabric Quality Control Process

SEVNNA TEXTILE applies quality checks from lab-dip and print strike-off approval through bulk fabric inspection and packing. Requirements are reviewed against the confirmed product specification and approved sample.

Pre-Production Review

• Confirm fiber content, construction, weight, width, color or artwork and intended use.
• Review lab dips, strike-offs or development samples before bulk production.
• Record customer-specific test and packing requirements.

In-Process and Finished Fabric Inspection

• Inspect fabric appearance using the four-point inspection approach where specified.
• Check finished width, weight, color consistency and visible defects against the approved standard.
• Keep rolls flat and protected to reduce creasing and handling damage.
• Use tubes and protective polybags suitable for fabric-roll packing.

Testing and Shipment Confirmation

Colorfastness, stretch, UV protection and other performance testing must be agreed for each order because requirements depend on fiber, finishing and final garment use. Inspection and packing records are reviewed before shipment.
